What is this scheme and how does it work?
The businesses in the booklet have all offered to make a donation to Throndown School if you use their services — it’s
as simple as that!
Each business is listed with its contact details, what they do, and what they have agreed to donate to the school. Have
a look at their websites, give them a call or ask them to quote, it’s up to you whether you use them and there’s no
obligation.
We all know how tight school finances are these days and these local businesses, some of whom are parents of
children at these schools themselves, want to give something back and support the schools.
The scheme is open to parents, grandparents and family members, as well as staff and governors.
